Buying Creatine Online

If you are looking to purchase creatine online because you are working out and want to increase energy and strength then you are on the right track.

Creatine is a compound that occurs naturally in your body and is available in small amounts in some meat food sources. Your body will benefit from supplementing it especially if you are a vegetarian as the only food sources you will find creatine in is meat.

Creatine has been in hundreds of clinical studies and has been proven over and over again to increase lean muscle mass, it improves your energy level and your muscle strength and your muscles overall size.

What kind should I take and which is the best

When you search for creatine online you will probably see all of the choices and not know which way to turn or which one to pick. I can make it easy for you.

First of all when buying creatine you can not go wrong with any creatine supplement but there is one better option when choosing. The best creatine you are going to find is a creatine called Creapure.

If the package you are looking at has Creapure on it then you know you are getting a good product. That being said there is a creatine now called creatine ethyl ester. This product contains creatine, alcohol and acid.

The benefits of this product is that it is supposed to absorb into your system quicker than the others. Apparently it does not cause bloating, stomach discomfort or cramping like some people report when taking other forms of creatine.

I have not taken the ethyl ester product so I cannot give my opinion on it. I have taken regular creatine and creapure and they have worked really well for me.

Tips on taking Creatine

When taking creatine there is a load up phase at first to get a good supply of it in your body and then you take a maintenance load. Some people report to lose the effect of the supplement after a period of time.

I found that when that happened to me I just did another loading phase and went back to a maintenance after and I felt that surge of power and energy again. I suggest when taking creatine to make sure you are drinking a lot of water to get the full benefit of this product.

Not only will water help your body process creatine and get it to your muscle cells drinking a lot of water in combination with taking creatine will give you a rock hard pump when working out.

If you are taking creatine you really should be working out because if you are not on a regular exercise program you probably do not need the supplement as you will get enough from what your body produces itself and from any meats you eat.

Most people that take creatine are doing some sort of a weight lifting program bodybuilding etc. That’s not to say you will not benefit from supplementing with creatine if your doing some other type of exercise program because you will. The stuff rocks!
