You really are what you think.

You really are what you think and there is a good chance you don't even realize it.

Are you a positive person and everything is going great in your life or are you a somewhat negative thinker and things maybe aren't going the way you would like.

When you think about different aspects in your life like your financial situation, your physical health, your mental health, your love life etc what do you think? Are they all positive thoughts? Are you satisfied with where you are at in these ways?

If the answer is no not totally positive or possibly not totally satisfied then think about what you aren't totally satisfied with and really take a step back and look at yourself and think about how you view these things. If it is more money you want to make at your job or possibly your dream job you want to pursue some day what are your thoughts on that? Do you tell yourself every day that you are going to be making more money this year? Or are you looking at your pay stub and thinking you probably won't be getting a raise this year?

If you want it you need to think it

 

You have to engrave these positive thoughts in your mind because let me tell you, when you start thinking positively things will happen for you.

The thoughts you have on a daily basis will start to turn into action and the action will start to turn into the rewards you want. More money, smaller tummy, better in your relationships with loved ones and business relations and on and on and on.

Lets go back to the monetary point. Every day tell yourself I am going to make ?????? dollars this year. Even when you tell yourself something the way you word it is key. It should be positive and it should be definitive.

Please think about that. Don't tell yourself you will (or hopefully )start to make ?????? dollars this year or close to that amount. Demand it from yourself. I am going to make ?????? dollars this year. Be realistic if you make $30,000 right now, saying you will make $100,000 is probably not going to happen. It would be great if you would jump that high but telling yourself something more realistic has a better chance of coming to be your reality. If you make 30 why not tell yourself you are going to make 45? Do you understand what I am getting at?

These thoughts will start to take over and even if you don't know right now how your going to get that extra amount of income your thoughts will somehow turn into action and purpose and you WILL make it happen. Even if you come a bit short this year from your ideal income tell yourself next January 1 that this year you are going to make even more than your original desired amount.

After all of that if you fall short of the amounts you wanted I know that you will have made way more than if you had just sat and continued on thinking that things never change and this is just how much I make. Ho hum!

You are what you think. You really are. Take a step back from yourself and really have a good look at all of your situations and truly dig deep and look at how you think about these situations in your own head. How are your thoughts holding you back? What can you change about the way you look at these things?

If I am what I think then yes I am great, I am also confident, strong, successful and more.

Your thoughts create you.

Let me say it again with different wording, you are what you think.

I am what I think. I have been listening to audio books and reading and watching videos related to this subject for 4 or more years now and just in the last couple years I have reached goals that I have been engraving in my mind during this time.

Every day whether in the morning or just before you hit the sack find somewhere quiet and either close your eyes and think it or look in the mirror and tell yourself.

I am going to make ?????? dollars this year.

I am going to drop two waist sizes in the next six months.

I am going to be more successful in relationships.

I am going to be an over all better person. Happy, positive, kind, assertive, successful.

Tell yourself whatever it is you need to and do it on a daily basis. Find the things in your life that are stopping you from your goals. Maybe it's watching to much television. Negative friends (no thanks). ok now I am starting to jump onto a different subject but you get the idea. My point is you need to act on your thoughts and that will happen once you start thinking positively.

Change your thoughts change your actions and change your life.

Stop waiting for that day and when it comes you will do this or do that. That day is today. You have to first make it happen in your mind and then your mind will make it happen in actions.

Good luck with whatever it is that you want to improve in your life. Remember one more thing. This is your life right now, don't keep waiting for it to happen because you will just end up waiting your life away.

Yes you are correct janiek13 it definitely takes practice. Even when you think you have it all figured out you still have to focus and concentrate and keep on track. I am glad you are starting to feel better about yourself. I wish you all the best.

Positive thinking is powerful, but it takes practice. I am 6 months out of an unhealthy relationship and I am just beginning to feel better about myself. Good luck with your writing.
